Author Guidelines

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

 

  1. The manuscript is the authentic research result that has not been published yet in other publication media or publishing houses.
  2. The manuscript does not contain any plagiarism element. The editorial board will directly reject the text that indicates plagiarism.
  3. The manuscript that has been written under the guidelines of citizenship (in MS Word format, use this article template) must be submitted through Online Submission System using Open Journal System (OJS) on the citizenship-journal portal (http://e-journal.unipma.ac.id/index.php/citizenship/) choose only one procedure. Then, register as one of the author or reviewer in the “Register” bottom.
  4. The manuscript article writing guidelines and template can be downloaded. The template and the guidelines of the article writing are avaliable in Ms Word (.doc) format.
  5. The manuscript online submission can be viewed in the part of online submission guidelines below.
  6. The manuscript whisch is inappropriate with the citizenship writing guidelines will be returned to the author before the reviewing process.
  7. The manuscript should contain several aspects of a scientific article as follows: (subtitles as the order), which are: (a) the title of the article, (b) the author’s name (no accademic title), (c) the afiliated author’s address, (d) the author’s email (e) the abstract and the keywords, (f) the introduction, (g) the research method (h), the research findings and disscussion (i), the conclusion (j), the references.
  8. The subtitles included in the discussion part (Introduction, Theoretical Review, Writing Methods, Result and Discussion, and Conclusion) should be numbered in the Arabic numbering order started from one. The subtitles are written in the bold and title case format. It uses the left text alignment without underline. The next expanded subtitles should be written in the bold and sentence case format, It should uses the left text alignment and the numbering format level two.
  9. The manuscript can be written both in Bahasa Indonesia or English with the standard language. The manuscript shuould consist of fifteen (15) to twenty five (25) pages including pictures and tables. The manuscript text ought to be written as this article template in the camera ready mode. The article is written on A4-sized papers (210x297 mm), with custom margins as follows: left 25 mm, right 25 mm, bottom 25 mm and top 30 mm.
  10. The text of the articles must be in Time New Roman, 12pt font size, 1.5 line-spacing, separated into two columns (except for the main title, the author’s name, and the abstract) with the space between columns 10 mm.
  11. The words from uncommon or foreign languages are stated in Italic format. For the article in Bahasa Indonesia, foreign terms or words should be avoided. Each paragraph started 10mm from the left side border while there is no spaces among paragraphs. All numbers are written in Arabic numbering format, except for the new sentence.
  12. The tables and pictures are placed in the text group after the referenced tables or pictures. Each picture must be given a caption (Figure Caption) below the picture and be numbered in Arabic numbering format followed by the picture title. Each table must be given a table title (Table Caption) and numbered in Arabic numbering format above the table followed by the table title. The pictures attachment should be guaranteed that they can be printed well (font size, resolution and line space are clearly seen). The picture, the table, and the chart should be placed in the center between text groups. If it has a bigger size, it can be placed in the center of page. The table should not contain vertical lines, while horizontal lines are allowed only for the important point.

 


PEDOMAN PENULIS

 

  1. Naskah adalah hasil penelitian otentik yang belum dipublikasikan di media publikasi atau penerbitan lainnya.
  2. Naskah tidak mengandung unsur plagiarisme. Dewan redaksi akan langsung menolak teks yang menunjukkan plagiarisme.
  3. Naskah yang telah ditulis berdasarkan pedoman kewarganegaraan (dalam format MS Word, gunakan template artikel ini) harus diserahkan melalui Sistem Submission Online dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS) di portal jurnal kewarganegaraan (http: // e -journal.unipma.ac.id/index.php/citizenship/) hanya memilih satu prosedur saja. Kemudian, daftarkan diri sebagai salah satu penulis atau reviewer di bagian "Register".
  4. Naskah penulisan naskah pedoman dan template bisa diunduh. Template dan pedoman penulisan artikel tersedia dalam format Ms Word (.doc).
  5. Naskah pengiriman online dapat dilihat di bagian panduan pengiriman online di bawah ini.
  6. Manuskrip yang tidak sesuai dengan pedoman penulisan kewarganegaraan akan dikembalikan kepada penulis sebelum proses peninjauan.
  7. Naskah tersebut harus berisi beberapa aspek dari sebuah artikel ilmiah sebagai berikut: (sub judul sebagai urutannya), yaitu: (a) judul artikel, (b) nama pengarang (tidak ada judul akademis), (c) Alamat penulis yang diilustrasikan, (d) email pengarang (e) abstrak dan kata kunci, (f) pendahuluan, (g) metode penelitian (h), temuan penelitian dan disiskusi (i), kesimpulan (j), Referensi.
  8. Sub judul disertakan dalam bagian diskusi (Pendahuluan, Temuan Teoritis, Metode Menulis, Hasil dan Diskusi, dan Kesimpulan) harus diberi nomor dalam urutan penomoran Arab yang dimulai dari satu. Sub judul ditulis dalam format huruf tebal dan judul. Menggunakan alignment teks kiri tanpa garis bawah. Teks subtitel yang diperluas berikutnya harus ditulis dalam format huruf tebal dan kalimat, harus menggunakan pelurusan teks kiri dan tingkat penomoran tingkat dua.
  9. Naskahnya bisa ditulis baik dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris dengan bahasa standar. Manuskrip itu terdiri dari lima belas (15) sampai dua puluh lima (25) halaman termasuk gambar dan tabel. Naskah naskah harus ditulis sebagai template artikel ini dalam mode siap kamera. Artikelnya ditulis di atas kertas berukuran A4 (210x297 mm), dengan margin kustom sebagai berikut: dibiarkan 25 mm, kanan 25 mm, terbawah 25 mm dan top 30 mm.
  10. Teks artikel harus ada di Time New Roman, ukuran huruf 12pt, 1,5 garis-spasi, dipisahkan menjadi dua kolom (kecuali judul utama, nama pengarang, dan abstrak) dengan spasi di antara kolom 10 mm.
  11. Kata-kata dari bahasa asing atau bahasa asing dinyatakan dalam format Italic. Untuk artikel dalam Bahasa Indonesia, istilah asing atau kata-kata harus dihindari. Setiap paragraf mulai 10mm dari sisi kiri perbatasan sementara tidak ada spasi antar paragraf. Semua nomor ditulis dalam format penomoran Arab, kecuali kalimat baru.
  12. Tabel dan gambar ditempatkan pada kelompok teks setelah tabel atau gambar yang direferensikan. Setiap gambar harus diberi caption (Gambar Gambar) di bawah gambar dan diberi nomor dalam format penomoran Arab yang diikuti oleh judul gambar. Setiap tabel harus diberi judul tabel (Table Caption) dan diberi nomor dalam format penomoran Arab di atas tabel diikuti dengan judul tabel. Gambar lampiran harus dijamin bahwa mereka dapat dicetak dengan baik (ukuran font, resolusi dan ruang garis terlihat jelas). Gambar, tabel, dan bagan harus ditempatkan di tengah antara kelompok teks. Jika memiliki ukuran lebih besar, bisa diletakkan di tengah halaman.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
 

Copyright Notice

With the receipt of the article by the Jurnal Citizenship Editorial Board and the decision to be published, then the copyright regarding the article will be diverted to Jurnal Citizenship.

Citizenship has the right to multiply and distribute the article and every author is not allowed to publish the same article that was published in this journal. The manuscript authentic and copyright statement submission can be downloaded on this form
